I have back pain and leg, when my blood counts are very high. I just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem.

These symptoms are indicative of kidney problems in a person. These are classic symptoms. Even if you have a Tempature you might be running a kidney infection, or if you have kidney stones. You should call your doctor and things check it out.
Do you have a sense of demanding on the legs and feet, may be a neurological problem caused by diabetes. However, they have been checked out.
