What pan is best for a pineapple upside down cake? - pineapple upside down cake pan

What has been your best? This is my first time trying, and I wonder whether there is a common type of bread for this application. Thanks

A pan made of cast iron. Mix your chopped pineapple, combine a little butter and brown sugar in a pan, too white cake mix according to instructions. Pour cake mix with pineapple mixture and bake until a toothpick comes clean when placed in the center of the cake. The time must be roughly equal in baking reg. Perhaps a few minutes longer pie. Remove from the oven. Place a plate (slightly larger than circumfrence PAN) on the pan, return the bottom of the mold, and held his thumb on a plate. Flip upside down and rest for a moment. Take the bread and there you have it! If you want to get fancy, after the mixture of pineapple, butter and brown sugar in the bottom of the pan, you can place the pineapple slices and place a cherry in the center of each ring. Spring bread always works better for me.

I mean cast-iron pan. If you do not have a frying pan, go with the round cake tin.

9x13 glass or metal spray Teflon works well in general.

I use a round cake pan 8 inches. Or you can use a 9 x 13, if desired.
