Not sure. I visit Fannie Mae, specializing in this type and other types of loans. I think we have a chart comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each type of loan they offer. Here you find your local supplier of Fannie Mae and know that they have a detailed book about the size of a coloring book that you have everything you need to know and be happy with lawyers about their options. Our local place called Wyatt mortgage.

FHA is to buy a house. Do not think I could get classic FHA.

In addition, buying a house, PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) is what ensures conventional loans. FHA loans are the so-called MIP (Mortgage Insurance Premium) insured. If interested, less than 20%, is someone get attention.

Make sure that the lender you apply - some newly-Fi, only for her money, even though there is little or no advantage for you.
